We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager focused on Compensation and Benefits to join our People Operations team in the Philippines. In this role, you’ll lead and manage compensation structures and benefits programs across our Philippine operations, while supporting global alignment with our US HR team.
You’ll help ensure our rewards programs are competitive, compliant, and reflective of our values — enabling us to attract and retain top Filipino talent in a fully remote setup.
