What You Will Do
In this role, you will:
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects that drive operational efficiency and process improvement across the organization. You will work closely with the Legal Process Management Lead, Head of Operations, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership to ensure project success through effective coordination, data analysis, and communication.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of projects by following established team protocols.
- Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to identify performance trends, root causes of inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in both B2B and B2C processes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including agendas, meeting notes, and case status records to support operational efficiency.
- Work with cross-functional teams to document current processes, identify operational gaps, and develop actionable, scalable solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
- Assist in providing insightful reports and presentations on project performance, recommendations, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Other responsibilities include:
- Adhere to internal service level agreements (SLAs) on the timely preparation of project launches
- Follow protocol to maintain the strict security and privacy of our clients’ information
Who You Are
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented Project Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring a strong foundation in project coordination, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence, you will play a key role in driving process improvements, supporting high-impact initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication and documentation across teams.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project support or administrative support role, preferably with significant experience in business process management, consulting, operations, or related fields
- Proficient in Office 360 and/or G Suite, CRM, and/or knowledge-based tools
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all aspects of work
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Adaptable and solution-focused, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues together with a team
- Education: A bachelor’s degree is required, and engineering, business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
