About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Magento Developer & Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for Magento-based eCommerce sites. The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, experience in Magento development, and the ability to work with internal business stakeholders and internal development teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements

3 years of Proven experience as a Magento Developer with a strong portfolio of Magento-based projects.
In-depth knowledge of Magento architecture (preferably Adobe Commerce cloud), best practices, and coding standards.
Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with Magento 2.x and familiarity with the latest updates and features.
Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Magento-based e-commerce websites, ensuring optimal functionality, performance, and user experience.
Provide technical support for Magento-based websites, including troubleshooting issues, debugging errors, and optimizing performance.
Customize and extend Magento features to meet specific project requirements.
Integrate third-party extensions and modules as needed.
Optimize code for maximum speed, scalability, and efficiency.
Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting to ensure optimal site performance.
Implement caching mechanisms to improve site responsiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Identify and address issues, bugs, and bottlenecks in the Magento codebase.
Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and stability of developed features.
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed features, code, and configurations.
Keep documentation up-to-date with any changes or updates to the Magento platform
