The Head of Product will be responsible for leading a talented team of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver a world-class product that meets the evolving needs of our diverse customers. This role operates on a hybrid in office model based in our San Francisco office 4 days per week. We will prioritize candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area who are able to come into the office regularly.

What you’ll do:

Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap: Translate market trends, customer needs, and business goals into a compelling product vision and roadmap.
Lead and mentor the product team: Build, manage, and inspire a high-performing product team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle: From ideation and design to development, launch, and iteration, you will own the entire product lifecycle.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by conducting thorough market research and analyzing competitor offerings.
Gather and prioritize customer feedback: Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points through user research, feedback analysis, and direct engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
Define and track key product metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing and Sales Leaders to deliver an industry leading project finance platform

What you’ll need:

Proven experience: 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role (Director of Product or VP level) at a B2B SaaS start up company.
Project finance expertise: Strong understanding of project finance principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Start-up mentality: Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
Strategic thinker: Ability to think strategically and translate complex information into clear product strategies.
Data-driven decision maker: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to product development.
Excellent communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Team leader: Proven ability to build, manage, and motivate high-performing product teams.
Passion for innovation: A genuine passion for building innovative products that solve real-world problems.

Bonus Points:

Experience with agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, YouTrack).
MBA or relevant Master's degree

Compensation: $190,000 - $265,000 base salary plus equity
