Are you passionate about the science of selling? Do you geek out on new strategies for embedding innovative and effective learning in the flow of work? BetterUp is seeking a Senior Field Enablement Manager to join our Product Marketing and Field Enablement team. This role is designed for a creative and agile individual who understands the psychology of sales, thrives in a fast-paced, high growth environment, has experience selling into or supporting revenue teams selling to enterprise buyers, and is passionate about helping sales teams do the best work of their lives.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategic Tools Management: Develop and maintain a strategic plan for managing all field content, ensuring accessibility and organization.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation, quality assurance, and organization of learning materials within our Learning Management System
  • Learning Experience Design: With input from key stakeholders across the organization, design field-facing learning experiences to help BetterUp’s sales team hone their craft, master the art of selling, and get up to speed on advances in our products and services.
  • Sales Enablement Support: Provide support to field leaders by sharing best practices and optimizing usage of sales engagement tools like Gong.
  • Toolkit Development: Design and enhance a comprehensive toolkit for the field, including battle cards, interactive learning modules, and other essential resources.
  • Onboarding Support: Develop robust content for field onboarding that covers sales skills, sales processes, product knowledge, and internal tools.
  • Learning Culture Advocacy: Promote and nurture a continuous learning culture within the team, encouraging curiosity, open-mindedness, and ongoing improvement.

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

  • Experience in Sales or Sales Enablement: You have a solid background in sales, particularly with enterprise-level clients, and understand the intricacies of the sales process.
  • Creativity in Learning Solutions: You are skilled in crafting engaging and effective learning interventions tailored to adult learners in a sales environment.
  • Familiarity with Enablement Tools: You have hands-on experience with tools like Seismic, Lessonly, and Gong, and can leverage these to enhance sales performance.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: You possess the ability to lead projects and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality enablement resources.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for explaining complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Educational Background: A degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

At BetterUp, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, residence location, as well as market indicators. The range below is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. This range may be modified in the future.

The base salary range for this role is $103,600 – $194,350.

If you live in New York, the base salary range for this role is:
$138,000 – $194,350: New York City
$120,000 – $169,000: Nassau, Newburgh
$103,600 – $155,350: Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse
