BetterUp is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our recruiting team on a 12-week contract basis. We need an organized, detail-oriented problem-solver to support our Recruiters and Hiring Managers in scheduling and coordinating interviews. You will play a critical role in delivering a stellar candidate experience across the organization.
Schedule all interviews and debrief sessions including phone screens, video screens, and remote onsite interviews
Respond to candidate emails or scheduling tasks within 24 hours
Manage all candidate questions and concerns with a sense of urgency, empathy, and a high standard of customer experience
Work closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Interviewers to deliver an exceptional and consistent candidate experience
Create and manage scheduling templates using our ATS (Ashby)
Manage interviewer pools, load balancing, and proactive capacity planning
At least 2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, preferably at a growth-stage startup
Experience managing high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones
Experience with Ashby ATS preferred
Positive attitude and curiosity to grow and learn
Empathy and genuine care for people to ensure a great candidate experience
Meticulous attention to detail
Process-driven mindset with a focus on consistency and quality
Comfortable with ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities
Incredibly organized, able to switch between several tasks seamlessly
Uses AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to draft communications, summarize information, and streamline repetitive scheduling tasks
Demonstrates a beginner’s mindset by trying new AI tools and eagerly sharing improvements with the team

The compensation range for the role is as follows: This is a 12-week contract position at $30-35/hour (40 hours/week). As a contract role, standard BetterUp employee benefits do not apply.
