About the role
What you'll do
Create, optimize, and analyze end-to-end campaigns across paid channels.
Proactively suggest and test new opportunities for growth - new channels, messaging, audiences, etc. It goes without saying, but you must be comfortable with setting up experiments, A/B tests, etc.
Own an MQL, SQL, and marketing CAC number - this role has a lot of latitude to determine which channels to invest in. Success will be measured by whether or not you can hit your numbers.
Create customized experiences using various channels including Linkedin, Display, Meta, and more.
Identify target audiences and creatively build and lead cross-channel marketing campaigns.
Create and develop landing page content with sales and design teams.
Deep dive into campaign metrics to truly assess their impact down the funnel.
Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to Growth Team leaders.
Build and optimize integrated campaigns for various customer profiles.
Partner with Sales to identify opportunities and maximize the impact of marketing efforts.
Partner with product and sales teams to improve CVR
Own metrics, analytics, and tracking for demand generation activities.
Communicate data and insights to marketing and growth leadership team.
Qualifications
4+ years operating performance marketing and demand generation campaigns for B2B.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding marketing metrics like MQLs, SQLs, ROI, marketing CAC, CPL, etc.
A passion for metrics and experience using data to guide decisions, programs, and spend.
Proven track record of testing and optimizing, finding and building on success in new channels.
Expertise in analytics tools (ex. HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Ahrefs or SEMRush).
Expertise in various digital channels (ex. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Linkedin, Display, etc).
Bonus: Expertise in unique digital channels (ex. Reddit Ads, Podcast Ads, Newsletter Ads, etc).

Total Compensation Package; Including Benefits and Stock:
Base: $90,000 - $120,000 a year; Depending on Experience and Qualifications
Medical, vision, dental, life: $10,000 - $16,000 a year; Depending on Individual or Family Plan
Equity: Our vision is to take BoomPop to the moon; Total Estimated Value for this Role is $50,000+
