Key Responsibilities:
· Design and develop backend services using industry-standard technologies and best practices
· Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
· Build and maintain microservices in a cloud environment, primarily using AWS
· Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
· Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
· Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
· Design, build, and maintain event-driven microservices
· Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with best practices
· Develop and maintain technical documentation
· Ensure the system performance, scalability, and security
· Stay up-to-date with new AWS services and technologies
Qualifications & Experiences:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
· 5+ years of relevant work experience in backend development
. Experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services, and knowledge of microservice architecture
· Experience in AWS cloud services such as Lambda, SQS, SNS, and API Gateway
· Experience in TypeScript, Node, Java, Spring Boot development
· Experience in NoSQL databases, such as DynamoDB or MongoDB
· Practical knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and clean code
· Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Experience with Git, JIRA, and agile development methodologies
· Being an Agile minded team player with good communication skills
· Professional working skills in English
Nice to Haves:
· Experience in rapid company growth (from startup to mid-size)
· Experience in building financial, high-reliability, or security systems.
· Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
· Experience with message brokers (e.g. RabbitMQ, Kafka)
· Experience with CI/CD pipeline
