Essential duties/responsibilities:
- Support internal team members with work that is critical to support our educators
- Dive into reporting features and data to understand student growth, while making use of excel
- Analyze student and staff data within the application to make corrections and updates where necessary
- Create and edit PowerPoint presentations that include data across the academic year
- Assist the Partner Success support team with various projects that arise
- Adjust settings within the application and document changes in various internal tools

Required job skills:
- Co-op student or recent college graduate
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
- A keen attention to detail, and the ability to think critically and troubleshoot is crucial
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain strong and professional relationships
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated interest in business, education, technology, or social entrepreneurship sectors
- An openness and excitement to learn and grow professionally
Minimum qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 1 year or more experience in customer service, sales, or teaching (or a combination)
- A combination of education and experience that proves competency in the requirements of the role
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Marketing/Business
- 2 years or more experience in customer service, sales, or teaching (or a combination)
- Previous experience as a K-12 Educator, Education Sales, Customer Management
Travel: up to 10%
