Summary:

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join our People and Culture team. The core functional responsibilities of this position include supporting the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with company policies and regulations. In this role, you will analyze compensation data, participate in market benchmarking, and support salary structures, incentive plans, and pay equity analysis across multiple regions. This position is ideal for someone with foundational experience in compensation who is looking to expand their expertise within a global, growing organization.

The impact you'll have:

  • Perform market pricing analysis for new and existing roles across regions, using survey data for pay grade determination and exemption classification to ensure market competitiveness.

  • Support the annual compensation review process, contributing to data collection for merit increases, promotions, and bonuses.

  • Work closely with regional HR business partners and talent teams to provide competitive salary recommendations for new hires, promotions, and market adjustments.

  • Partner to improve comp processes in collaboration with Talent, Human Resources, and Finance.

  • Ensure compensation practices comply with local labor laws, regional pay equity standards, and global regulations (e.g. FLSA, and local pay transparency laws).

  • Complete research and identify areas of interest related to complex pay issues and compensation policies.

  • Manage participation in compensation surveys and maintain relationships with external vendors.

  • Other relevant duties, as assigned

  • 2+ years of work experience in HR with a focus on compensation

  • Strong functional MS Excel experience

  • Experience with Workday

• Strong functional MS Excel experience

• Bachelor's degree required, MA/MBA a plus

Travel: Less than once per month

Working Environment: Typical office environment

Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay Range – This role’s range is $60,750 - $99,750. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
