Summary:
The Director of HR Technology & People Analytics position will provide strategic leadership for the global people technology and analytics team and will lead the evolution of our global people systems and data strategy. Acting as a strategic partner between HR, IT, and key business stakeholders, this role will drive the alignment of HR technology and analytics with our business and people strategy, enabling data-driven decisions, scalable processes, and exceptional user experiences across the organization.
Essential duties/responsibilities:
HR Technology Leadership
In partnership with Vice President, Acquisition, Rewards and Analytics, develop and lead the strategic roadmap for HR technology (including Workday and other HR applications) and people analytics to support a global workforce.
2. People Analytics & AI Innovation
Build and scale a robust people analytics function to deliver dashboards, KPIs, predictive insights, and strategic workforce planning capabilities.
Global Process Optimization
Skills & Competencies:
Strategic Leadership: Ability to align HR technology and analytics with organizational goals. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and initiatives in a global, fast-paced environment. Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset: Strong ability to extract insights, influence decisions, and forecast workforce trends. HR Systems & People Analytics Expertise: Deep understanding of HR platforms and their optimization across the employee lifecycle. Strong grasp of data visualization tools and HR metrics; ability to derive and communicate strategic insights. Change Management: Expert at leading organizational change, system adoption, and continuous improvement. Collaboration & Influence: Effective at partnering with senior stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and business units. Global HR Acumen: Global mindset; Familiar with international compliance, localization, and global workforce needs. People Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow technical and analytical teams.
