Summary:
Implementation Support Specialists will assist the Partner Success team as they provide support for educators partnering with Curriculum Associates. The Partner Success team works directly with educators, supporting them in their implementations throughout the school year. The Implementation Support Specialist will assist with various tasks internally to help ensure the success of implementations.
Essential duties/responsibilities:
1. Support internal team members with work that is critical to support our educators
2. Dive into reporting features and data to understand student growth, while making use of excel
3. Analyze student and staff data within the application to make corrections and updates where necessary
4. Create and edit PowerPoint presentations that include data across the academic year
5. Assist the Partner Success support team with various projects that arise
6. Adjust settings within the application and document changes in various internal tools

Required job skills:
· Co-op student or recent college graduate
· Strong Excel skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
· A keen attention to detail, and the ability to think critically and troubleshoot is crucial
· Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain strong and professional relationships
· Superior time management and organizational skills
· Demonstrated interest in business, education, technology, or social entrepreneurship sectors
· An openness and excitement to learn and grow professionally
· Role requires to work in U.S. Business hours.
Minimum qualifications:
Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
1 year or more experience in customer service, sales, or teaching (or a combination)
A combination of education and experience that proves competency in the requirements of the role
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Marketing/Business
2 years or more experience in customer service, sales, or teaching (or a combination)
Previous experience as a K-12 Educator, Education Sales, Customer Management
