Summary:
The Benefits Analyst plays a key role in evaluating and enhancing employee benefit programs for U.S.-based employees. This position partners with stakeholders to support the development, communication, and ongoing improvement of total rewards offerings, ensuring programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.
The impact you'll have:
Analyze and interpret data related to employee benefit programs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Advise on the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of benefit offerings to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize benefit processes and resolve complex issues.
Develop and deliver communications that support employee understanding and engagement with benefit programs.
Monitor regulatory developments and support compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and recommendations to inform decision-making by HR, Finance, and leadership.
Contribute to the development and execution of strategic projects related to benefits.
Who we're looking for:
Fundamental knowledge of U.S. Human Resources policies, procedures, and benefit programs.
Familiarity with U.S. benefit regulations (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, etc.).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Required Education and Experience:
2+ years of experience in benefits administration.

Pay Range: This role’s range is $51,250 - $84,250.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.

Travel: Anticipated travel is less than once per month.
Location: This role is based in our headquarters in Billerica, Massachusetts, and requires 2-days/week in office.
