  • Build Strong Relationships
Develop trusted partnerships with district leaders and decision makers while focusing on the states and accounts that matter most.

  • Prepare and Equip the Field

Work closely with product, marketing, service, account management, and learning & development to ensure alignment from positioning through implementation.

  • Drive Accountability and Results
Monitor performance, forecasting, and Salesforce tracking; support conference strategy; and address escalated issues to ensure successful adoptions and measurable impact.

Who we're looking for:

  • You bring deep expertise in K–8 math pedagogy, the curriculum landscape, and education market trends, grounded in substantial educational sales experience.

  • You are a strategic and disciplined leader who builds multi-year and territory plans, executes with focus, and drives measurable results.

  • You build strong, trust-based relationships with district leaders and stakeholders, serving as a credible and professional partner.

  • You are a clear and compelling communicator, confident in presentations, writing, and executive-level conversations.

  • You are analytical and data-driven, using territory data, forecasting, and performance metrics to guide decision-making.

  • You bring creativity and inspiration to your work, finding innovative ways to engage customers, energize teams, and elevate impact.

  • You thrive in cross-functional and team-based environments, fostering collaboration and high performance.

  • You are an experienced educational sales leader (7+ years), with a strong background in territory planning and forecasting, team leadership, and preferably state adoptions, core implementations, and SaaS or blended instructional solutions.
