Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Instructional & Implementation Leadership

  • Deliver exceptional service that supports educators and students in achieving academic success through high-quality science instruction, act as a trusted ambassador for Curriculum Associates and Stile.

  • Lead the creation and execution of detailed implementation plans for assigned science accounts, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and on schedule.

  • Guide teachers in implementing Stile’s inquiry-based investigations, ensuring alignment to district scope and sequence and state science standards.

  • Analyze implementation and usage data to identify trends in student performance and classroom practice; use insights to coach educators toward equitable, engaging science instruction.

Partner Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with district leaders, science coordinators, school administrators, and classroom educators to ensure program success and renewal readiness.

  • Identify, develop, and elevate champions within districts to support long-term success and help scale high-fidelity science implementations.

  • Conduct regular check-ins to address educator questions, collect feedback, and ensure smooth program execution.

  • Provide tactful, insight-driven guidance to help educators adopt best practices, even when it requires gentle redirection.

Retention, Risk Mitigation & Growth

  • Monitor implementation health and partner with internal teams to proactively intervene with at-risk Stile Science accounts.

  • Collaborate with Sales to support annual renewal cycles and identify opportunities for science program expansion.

  • Support new and prospective partners by gathering and validating setup information and ensuring implementations are configured for success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Implementation Services, Support, Product, and Research teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality delivery of Stile Science.

  • Relay field insights on educator needs, product experience, and instructional trends to inform product development and continuous improvement.

  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to support science-specific pilots, case studies, events, and educator engagement opportunities.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Customer-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with diverse educator audiences.

  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and translate insights into coaching actions.

  • Effective collaborator comfortable working cross-functionally.

  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; enthusiasm for learning new technologies and systems.

  • Ability to guide educators with tact and professionalism to ensure successful implementation.

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science field, education, or marketing.

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, sales, teaching, or a related field. Combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a K–12 science educator, science specialist, or experience in education sales or customer management.

  • 7+ years of experience in related fields.

Travel

Candidates should expect to travel up to 10 percent for school visits, educator events, and national or regional company meetings.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $60,750–$99,750, aligned to Curriculum Associates’ Compensation Philosophy. Actual pay varies based on factors including experience and skill set; individuals are typically not hired at or near the top of the range. All compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
