🌍 How does Finalis work?
We are a fully-remote company with Finalists distributed between the time zones of Eastern Standard Time and Eastern European Time .
If you’re located outside this time zone range, depending on the needs of your team, you may be requested to be available during specific hours.
Although we don’t have an official physical place to work, we promote gathering with your team or other colleagues whenever possible.
🤝 What about your team?
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM. Working closely with sales, customer success, customer support and marketing staff, the administrator will identify, develop and deploy new business processes. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator, part Salesforce analyst and 100% dedicated to our mission.
✨ What will you be doing?
Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment with 30+ users.
Focus the organization’s use of data for what best serves the mission.
Handle all basic administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields, automations, validation rules and other routine tasks.
Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system, and implement these changes as appropriate
Change Management and Data governance in conjunction with the Business Intelligence team.
Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, flow automation, validation rules.
Manage less complex Salesforce integrations - those not handled by a Salesforce Developer or Consultant/Partner.
Identify, install and maintain appropriate apps from the AppExchange for event management, mass email, document merge, and more.
Configure and maintain Marketing Campaigns in Pardot.
Train new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization.
Document customizations made in Salesforce.
Plan ahead for upgrades, seasonal releases and long term projects.
💬 Who are we looking for?
You have exceptional written and spoken English
You have a minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience
You have Google Workspace experience
You have excellent communication skills
You have strong organizational skills
You can handle confidential information
You have the ability to work swiftly with a high sense of urgency and be comfortable with shifting priorities and deadlines
You are a self-starter, quick learner and highly organized with attention to detail
You have the ability to follow up; know what's going on at all times and respond quickly
You are flexible, patient, persistent and have a team spirit attitude
Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization.
Ability to critically evaluate and prioritize information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts.
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and other integrated systems.
Bonus Track!
Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.
