🌍 How does Finalis work?
We are a fully-remote company with Finalists distributed between the time zones of Eastern Standard Time and Eastern European Time .
If you’re located outside this time zone range, depending on the needs of your team, you may be requested to be available during specific hours.
Although we don’t have an official physical place to work, we promote gathering with your team or other colleagues whenever possible.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branding & Product Marketing Manager specializing in branding, product marketing, and content development. This role requires a creative and adaptable professional capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and overseeing contractor resources to execute strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in marketing roles, demonstrating a strong track record in brand management, product marketing, and content creation.
✨ What will you be doing?
Branding:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies that enhance brand identity and awareness.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and identify target markets.
Monitor brand performance and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Product Marketing:
Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional campaigns for key products.
Develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with the target audience.
Collaborate with product, design, sales, and other teams to implement effective marketing strategies.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform product marketing plans.
Test and evaluate marketing product features, releases, and ad copy.
Content Development:
Lead the development and execution of content strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Manage content creation for various platforms, including social media, blogs, email campaigns, and more.
Oversee contractor resources and manage project timelines to ensure high-quality content delivery.
Utilize web content management systems and other marketing tools to optimize content performance.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce compelling and effective content.
Analytics and Optimization:
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and content across all channels.
Utilize analytics tools to measure KPIs, including engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
Optimize marketing investments based on data insights to ensure the best business returns.
Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders.
Continuously refine marketing strategies and tactics based on performance data and market trends.
💬 Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in brand marketing or product marketing
Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand growth and product success.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to create content strategy & oversee content production for use on website, social media and across our Brand / Product campaigns
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Experience with marketing software, social media platforms, and web content management systems.
Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
Ability to optimize marketing investments to maximize business returns based on data insights.
