JOB TITLE: IT Project Manager.
POSITION: One (1), Full Time
HOURS PER WEEK: 40
WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M
RATE OF PAY: $150,218
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee project execution to ensure compliance with budget, timeline, and scope requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise.
- Track project progress against milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Deliver project outputs, ensuring they meet the required quality standards.
- Engage with customers to assess current and future needs using surveys or direct communication methods.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management strategies, and timelines.
- Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and upper management, to keep everyone aligned on goals and progress.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring team members have the support they need to succeed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's in Project Management or a related technical field.
Requires proficient knowledge of:
- Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Miro, Wix, Minitab, Primavera P6, Balsamiq & Visio
- Project Scope, Scheduling & Cost Plan
- Project Risk & Quality Management
- Agile Lean Product Development
- Agile Implementation & Governance Proficiency can be gained through education or experience.
