Born at Stanford and Wharton, FounderNest is a gen-AI company in stealth mode that helps (today but with huge potential expansion opportunities) corporations in the world improve and streamline their market intelligence processes, including (for their spaces of interest): (1) helping them understand the taxonomy and dynamics of the space, (2) mapping out all the players, (3) getting unique insights about the space (e.g. growth rate, investment activity); and (4) tracking what their competitors are doing.

Our core technology is built on real-time analytics running on private and public company data. This fuels our Natural Language Processing AI with +50M companies and +1.2B aggregated data points, allowing us to be 3x-5x better than alternatives.

👩🏼‍🎨 What you will do

At FounderNest people come first and you will be creating the One Voice function 🎯 (i.e. Marketing). We call it One Voice because you truly will lead what and how we communicate it. You will work with our CEO and will be allocated resources to achieve the goals.

Strategy

  • Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy, including branding, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to refine and adjust marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Build a marketing measurement foundation to track leading indicators, prospect touch points, and KPIs throughout the funnel. Monitor and report on them.

Demand gen

  • Create and execute demand generation campaigns and experiments to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention; and scale those that work.
  • Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing / thought leadership, events, webinars, content , email, inbound and outbound sales activations, paid and more as required. Implement ABM strategies if necessary.
  • Select and implement marketing automation tools.
  • Identify and execute on initiatives that optimize for pipeline progression and conversion.
  • Lead Performance Marketing (even if it’s done via a 3rd party/agency) for Google and Linkedin Adds.

Content strategy

  • Define the content strategy and oversee the development of compelling marketing content (e.g. blog posts, case studies, website content) and collaterals (e.g. sales decks) that will fuel the demand generation working with sales and customer success.
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives, including white papers, industry reports and any relevant speaking engagements.

Product Marketing

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy of new product features, its messaging and the product communication.

Branding - take FounderNest out of stealth

  • Evaluate a potential rebranding.
  • Define and own FounderNest's voice and build our digital presence.

Team

  • Scale the marketing team and manage a mix of in-house and external vendors as we grow.

🎯 What you will bring

Here is a bit more flavor on what we are looking for:

  • You have 6+ years of relevant experience in B2B growth and marketing at a SaaS company or 4+ in a leadership one in B2B growth and marketing.
  • You come from the startup world and have done this (or a big part of this) at a startup previously.
  • You have a deep understanding of the impact of marketing on acquisition, nurturing and retention, both qualitatively and quantitatively.
  • You are highly structured and analytical. You have passion for data and use it to learn and guide your decisions.
  • You are creative and like generating ideas that can have an exponential impact on your goals.
  • You have grit, you don't mind rolling up your sleeves and tackling all tasks necessary to get the job done, and enjoy to work under pressure when necessary.
  • You have generated content that had a measurable impact on new demand.
  • You have experience using modern marketing automation tools.
  • You are scrappy, able to identify and leverage arbitrage opportunities with limited resources.
  • You have strong oral and written communication skills in English. You’ll need to be able to build content and/or product copies without external supervision.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

  • We have decided to reopen our Madrid office where our sales team (including the Head of Sales), Head of Customer Success, Product lead, Operations lead, and many more will be based. 💰 Compensation & Perks

  • You will have a full-time contract (i.e. no freelance work).
