Guild is hiring a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager

As the Senior Campaign Manager you will lead and execute strategic B2B marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. This role demands a proactive and results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns aligned with company goals and objectives. Create campaign strategies that drive engagement, generate qualified leads, and support sales efforts.
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and performance tracking. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign performance using key metrics and analytics tools. Interpret data to optimize campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, content and design, digital and marketing operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all marketing channels. Facilitate regular meetings to review campaign progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Content Creation & Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels, including email, social media, webinars, and digital ads. Ensure content is optimized for lead generation and audience engagement.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform campaign strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

Required Competencies

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Proven track record of managing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and best practices.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience managing budgets and working with external vendors.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $130,000-$160,000 and variable (bonus) eligibility, as well as company stock options.
