At LiveRamp, the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) is more than a centralized coordination function - it's a critical driver of transformation and strategic execution across the business. As part of our recently evolved EPMO, we're shifting from traditional project oversight to bold, outcome-focused program leadership. We're looking for an experienced Staff Enterprise Program Manager who thrives in dynamic environments, operates as a strategic partner, and takes full ownership of program success end-to-end.

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact team at the core of LiveRamp’s enterprise evolution. You’ll lead cross-functional, technology-enabled initiatives that unlock scale, agility, and value across Commercial, Product & Engineering, Finance, HR, and Operations, powered by our Business Technology function.

This EPMO role will lead and manage critical cross-functional programs to launch LiveRamp's new Pricing strategy and self-service sales motion, coordinating transformation across the entire customer lifecycle - from product offering and marketing to contracting, provisioning, and financial reporting. The role requires establishing enterprise-wide alignment on strategy, sequencing complex workstreams, driving accountability across all impacted functions, and mitigating operational and compliance risks.

You will:

  • Own the outcomes of large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs - from initiation to delivery, iteration, and sustained impact.

  • Lead program definition, scoping, roadmap planning, execution, and risk management across business and technical domains. The role will initially focus on supporting the Pricing and Self Serve Sales transformation, extending support to other enterprise initiatives down the line.

  • Act as a strategic advisor and partner to Business Technology leadership and executive stakeholders, translating enterprise priorities into actionable program plans.

  • Drive alignment across teams by establishing robust governance structures, communication cadences, and clear escalation paths.

  • Embed yourself within delivery teams as an Agile advocate and delivery coach - helping optimize workflows and ensure stakeholder value is continuously delivered.

  • Create clarity in complexity: facilitate trade-offs, resolve blockers, and keep programs on track in the face of ambiguity or shifting priorities.

  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs that measure business value, program health, and technology delivery performance.

  • Engage directly in live software environments when needed, triaging high-impact issues and mobilizing teams for rapid resolution.

  • Contribute to the evolution of our EPMO - mentoring peers, codifying best practices, and championing a high-accountability, high-impact culture.

About you:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise program management, technical program management, or product delivery roles - preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS or technology companies.

  • Proven ability to drive initiatives from conception to execution (0 to 1). You thrive in fast-evolving and ambiguous environments, effectively driving clarity and adapting to change through a strong bias for action, resourcefulness, and resilience.

  • Strategic thinker with operational discipline - you plan for scale, align execution to business goals, and never lose sight of customer and stakeholder outcomes.

  • Strong Agile methodology expertise, both at the team and scaled program levels

  • Highly effective communicator who can confidently navigate executive conversations, lead cross-functional alignment, and influence decisions at all levels.

  • AI-curious and impact-obsessed: You’re energized by the possibilities of AI to improve how people work, and you're ready to lead the charge from idea to execution.

Preferred Experience:

  • Proven experience leading enterprise portfolio-level initiatives across business transformation, enterprise systems, and business process optimization.

  • Deep understanding of functional business domains (Sales/GTM, Finance, HR, Ops) and technologies like Salesforce, Workday, OneStream, BigQuery/Tableau, or similar enterprise-scale systems.

  • Proven ability to manage enterprise-level change initiatives related to Pricing and Product-led growth, with practical experience across the entire Quote-to-Cash process.

  • Skilled in business change management and enterprise release planning, with a strong grasp of end-to-end business process impacts.

  • Experienced in vendor and partner management, particularly in hybrid delivery models.

  • Agile or other Program Management Certification.

LiveRamp is the place for program leaders who want to think big, lead boldly, and deliver with purpose. If you’re ready to shape how enterprise initiatives are led, governed, and executed - with full ownership of outcomes - we’d love to meet you.

The approximate annual base compensation range is $138,500 to $203,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
