We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the execution of cross-functional programs that deliver value to our customers and align with our growth objectives.

Role Overview:

As a Technical Program Manager, you will manage and deliver complex, high-impact programs across engineering, product, customer success, and support teams. You will act as a critical link between stakeholders, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to define program goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Create and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring execution aligns with company priorities using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Track project progress, identify and manage risks, and proactively resolve blockers to ensure successful and timely program delivery.
Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical teams, acting as the primary point of contact for program updates.
Provide regular program status updates, metrics, and milestone reports to leadership.
Continuously improve processes and tools to optimize program execution and cross-team collaboration.
Manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

4-5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, preferably in a SaaS, deep tech, or data integration environment.
Strong understanding of software development processes and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Understanding data integration, data pipelines, or related technologies is a plus.
Hands-on experience with program management tools like Jira, Confluence, and others.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear updates.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
