The Project Coordinator takes end-to-end responsibility for the customer onboarding experience. They manage projects from pre-sale through the early adoption stages, serving as a single point of contact for the stakeholders of each partnership within a designated region. Project Coordinators work closely with Sales, Rostering, and Technical Systems Engineers.

Position Information: This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to the Order Services Manager.

Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $20.42 and $23.17 per hour. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote.

Envision Your Experience.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Plan, lead and monitor entire customer onboarding process in a timely manner.
  • Drive customer time to value by leading project coordinator planning with external and internal parties.
  • Understand the sales cycle and pricing strategy.
  • Document all correspondence in NetSuite.
  • Understand the scope of each project to determine a personalized customer experience plan.
  • Work collaboratively with the team and other departments to drive change, improve processes, and facilitate standardization.
  • Comprehend the onboarding process with ambiguity to easily adapt as new products are added, and until processes are finalized.
  • Nurture productive, trusting relationships with our Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Communicate with and accommodate customers while delivering excellent customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Sales, Success, Technical Operations, License Management) to personalize solutions for each customer.
  • Engage with internal and external technical stakeholders.
  • Other duties as required.

Share Your Expertise.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 2 years of experience in a project management role; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • Experience driving Customer Experience in an EdTech company preferred.
  • Understanding the basics of working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to quickly develop expertise in NetSuite and Zendesk.
  • Ability to learn basic management functions within all company products and speak to system requirements.
  • Detail oriented; extremely organized and meticulous & comfortable with minutiae.
  • Strong problem-solving capability to sort through information from internal databases and making judgment calls based on data.
  • Ability to multi-task with constant interruptions and the need to re-prioritize throughout the day.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interface with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, dependable, and able to meet deadlines with an elevated level of autonomy and accountability.
