As a Software Engineering Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling and maturing our Bangalore engineering presence while leading multiple squads delivering mission-critical platform services. You will drive delivery, engineering quality, and team growth, working closely with global partners to ensure consistent, high-impact outcomes.

  • Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role include:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years software engineering experience
  • Strong hands-on engineering background
  • Experience managing engineering teams
  • Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
  • Experience with microservices architecture

Compensation
