As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring a stable, reliable, and high-performing CRM environment across a globally distributed organisation. A typical day involves supporting end users, troubleshooting complex system issues, and maintaining configuration and data integrity within Dynamics 365. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure CRM capabilities align with business needs and support efficient, scalable operations.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Dynamics 365 end-user support, ensuring a smooth user experience
  • Troubleshoot CRM configurations, workflows, plugins, business rules, and data issues
  • Maintain and update Dynamics 365 configurations including entities, forms, dashboards, and security roles
  • Support a complex environment with integrations and Power Platform components
  • Perform data maintenance and bulk operations to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Support testing, documentation, and change management for system updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and recommend solutions

Share Your Expertise.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role include:

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) or equivalent experience
  • Experience administering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules
  • Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals certification desirable
  • Experience working in complex or large-scale CRM environments

Key skills required:

  • Strong troubleshooting across CRM configuration and integrations
  • Experience with data import/export and data maintenance
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
  • Ability to work across distributed teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Understanding of customisation concepts (JavaScript, C# desirable)
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking

Work Model: Hybrid in the Kadubeesanahalli area of Bengaluru
