  • Manage lower-complexity order projects and onboardings, escalating non-standard or multi-product implementations to Project Coordinators as appropriate.
  • Partner with Project Coordinators on larger or multi-stakeholder implementations by owning defined workstreams such as order processing, license setup coordination, and status tracking.
  • Document correspondence and project activity in Salesforce and NetSuite.
  • Communicate by email with internal department stakeholders and escalate meeting or voice communication needs to the assigned Project Coordinator.
  • Provide timely progress updates on in-flight onboardings across time zones to ensure continuity of customer projects.
  • Develop working knowledge of order types, product configurations, and onboarding workflows, adapting as new products are added.
  • Collaborate with the team and other departments to drive change, improve processes, and facilitate standardization.

Share Your Expertise.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; 1 year of experience in customer operations, order management, or project support preferred; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • Understanding of the basics of working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to quickly develop expertise in Salesforce.
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, meticulous, and comfortable managing detailed work.
  • Ability to multitask with interruptions and reprioritize throughout the day.
  • Exceptional written communication skills to interface with internal stakeholders and Project Coordinators across global time zones.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, dependable, and able to meet deadlines with strong accountability and growing independence.

Key Skills Required:

  • Order and project coordination
