Learning Architecture Manager – Humanities

ELA – K–12 US Curriculum

At Imagine Learning, you'll lead the architecture and design of high-impact English Language Arts curriculum solutions that reach learners across the United States. You'll partner with curriculum, product, AI, and technology teams to shape content strategy, build scalable development processes, and guide a team of Learning Architects. Your leadership will ensure that educational content remains pedagogically sound, standards-aligned, and optimized for both human and AI-enabled workflows.

Envision Your Experience.

In this role you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Serve as the primary ELA content authority for curriculum design decisions and content adaptations.
  • Architect content-development frameworks and pedagogical logic for human and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Lead and manage the India-based Humanities Learning Architect team.
  • Translate US-side product and curriculum vision into actionable execution plans.
  • Identify quality risks, process bottlenecks, and content gaps before they impact delivery.
  • Establish and maintain team processes, workflow documentation, and operational best practices.
  • Oversee multiple curriculum development and optimization initiatives simultaneously.
  • Partner with AI and technology teams to translate educational requirements into scalable content workflows.
  • Support standards alignment efforts and state adoption documentation.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members while building organizational capability.
  • Provide curriculum expertise to Product Management, Technology, Marketing, and Sales stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement across content development, tooling, and AI-enabled processes.

Share Your Expertise.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role include:

  • Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree, in English, English Language Arts, Literature, Education, Curriculum Design, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of curriculum development, instructional design, or content operations experience.
  • Experience creating, reviewing, and editing ELA instructional or assessment content.
  • Prior people-management experience with demonstrated success in coaching and developing teams.
  • Deep understanding of ELA pedagogy, learning science, and educational standards.
  • Experience designing digital curriculum solutions or complex educational content systems.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled content development workflows and tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-design capabilities.
  • Experience working with content management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
