As a Sales Development Representative at Ketch, you'll become an integral part of our mission to help brands simplify privacy operations and leverage permissioned data for revenue growth. Our product delivers technology, not process, to help businesses solve data management challenges in permissioning, privacy, and consent. With 90% of businesses unable to solve data privacy compliance problems due to data processing and technological challenges, the space is ripe for disruption. In this role, you’ll be responsible for customer acquisition. Responsibilities
- Grow the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, schedule first calls/demos for account executives.
- Commit to owning your territory and becoming a trusted member of the SDR organization while collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations.
- Sustain a high level of daily activity through personalized prospecting emails, LinkedIn social selling, and cold calling.
- Qualify prospects based on their current business challenges and needs using targeted and relevant questions.
- Speak knowledgeably with decision makers such as General Counsels, CISO and leaders in data privacy.
- Become an expert at sales and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, Apollo, Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoominfo.
- Strive to continuously improve your sales development process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices.
- Meet or exceed qualified lead/demos quota every month.
Skills
- Multi-modal prospecting including email, phone and video .
- Ability to speak with General Counsels, CISO's, and data privacy leaders from Mid-market to Enterprise level accounts.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize the most important tasks.
- Superior organization and disciplined follow-through.
Experience and Other Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-2+ years of successful outbound sales experience.
- Must be able to work legally in the United States.
- Competitive yet collaborative, energetic, tenacious and focused.
- Willingness to learn, open to feedback, desire be coached, and able to quickly implement new sales techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Prior experience at high-growth, SaaS company.
- Spanish fluency.
