About the Role
Ketch is seeking a dynamic Customer Experience Consultant to drive successful customer implementations, deliver measurable business value, and serve as a strategic and technical advisor throughout the implementation. In this role, you will guide a variety of customers through onboarding, configuration, system integrations, privacy-program design, and launch execution.
You’ll partner across the Customer Experience team and cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Leadership to ensure customers realize immediate value with their investment in Ketch. This is a technical, high-impact, customer-facing role ideal for someone who loves solution design, problem-solving, and accelerating time to value.
This is a hybrid role 3x a week based in our San Francisco, CA office.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000, which does not include the value of benefits or a potential equity grant. A wide range of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, market conditions, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and business and organizational needs
