About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Recruiter with 3 years of proven experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of IT/engineering roles, recruitment best practices, and the ability to partner with hiring managers to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, and other innovative channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview processes with stakeholders and ensure smooth candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations through to onboarding.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
- Stay up to date with current trends in tech recruitment, talent markets, and employer branding strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in techincal/IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
- Strong understanding of technical skills, programming languages, frameworks and IT Roles.
- Hands on experience with sourcing tools such as Linkedin Recruiter, GitHub, Naukri, Indeed or Stack Overflow.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
