Role Overview
As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, ensuring operational excellence, alignment across departments, and the successful execution of key initiatives. This role is ideal for an MBA graduate who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to gain hands-on experience across strategy, operations, investor relations, and SaaS growth metrics.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Initiatives: Drive high-impact projects across product, sales, marketing, and customer success to accelerate Labra’s growth.
  • Leadership Support: Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to prioritize company goals, manage strategic initiatives, and track progress against key milestones.
  • Investor Relations: Own preparation of investor communications, board updates, and fundraising materials.
  • SaaS Metrics & Reporting: Build, monitor, and analyze KPIs (ARR, CAC, NRR, ACV, pipeline metrics, etc.) to provide insights for executive decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure alignment between departments and improve processes to scale operations.
  • Operational Excellence: Anticipate organizational needs, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions that streamline execution.
  • Special Projects: Step in to support mission-critical priorities—whether that’s GTM planning, partnership programs, or operational scaling.

What We’re Looking For

  • MBA with strong academic foundation and a track record of excellence.
  • 2–5 years of prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or in a high-growth startup/tech company.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and executive presence—comfortable working with leadership teams and investors.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and able to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for SaaS, cloud marketplaces, and startups.
