We don't just connect buyers with banks—we've built the infrastructure that's democratizing access to credit across the country.What You'll Do• Drive Builder Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with real estate developers. Manage end-to-end relationship lifecycle from first meeting to ongoing revenue generation.• Establish On-Site Presence: Set up and manage MoneyKarma desks at builder sites. Ensure seamless customer experience from property booking to loan disbursal.• Hit Revenue Targets: Own monthly and quarterly targets for loan disbursals through your builder network. Work with ops team to ensure seamless execution.• Represent MoneyKarma: Be the face of MoneyKarma at builder sites, sales offices, and industry events. Build our brand in the real estate ecosystem.• Provide Market Intelligence: Feed insights on competitive dynamics, builder preferences, and customer needs back to product and strategy teams.Required: 2-6 years in B2B sales/BD/partnerships; proven builder/developer exposure; strong network; consistent target achievement; excellent communication/negotiation; willingness to travel.Preferred: Fintech/home loans/FS experience; MBA; team management; understanding of home loan process.Compensation: Competitive base + performance-linked incentives + ESOPs for high performers.Posted on 2 February 2026.
