Research their projects, understand their customer base, and assist in outreach efforts.- Manage On-Site Operations: Run MoneyKarma desks at builder sites. Be the first point of contact for home buyers and ensure smooth loan processing.- Build Relationships: Develop rapport with builder sales teams, site managers, and key decision-makers. Your relationships will drive repeat business.- Drive Loan Conversions: Work with customers from initial enquiry to loan disbursal. Own your numbers and contribute to monthly targets.- Gather Market Intelligence: Collect insights on builder preferences, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Your on-ground knowledge shapes company strategy.
