This role is for experienced professionals who've proven they can sell, serve customers, and are ready to lead teams.What You'll Do- Lead On-Site Operations: Manage MoneyKarma presence at multiple builder sites. Ensure seamless customer experience from inquiry to loan disbursal.- Drive Conversions & Revenue: Own monthly and quarterly targets for your sites. Build and run high-velocity sales funnels that deliver results.- Handle High-Value Customers: Personally manage complex cases and premium customers. Use consultative selling to guide them to the right solutions.- Build & Coach Your Team: Recruit, train, and mentor Home Loan Advisors. Create a culture of customer obsession and performance.- Strengthen Builder Relationships: Work closely with builder sales teams and site managers. Your relationships ensure priority access and referral flow.- Be the Ground-Level Strategist: Bring market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer patterns to leadership. Your observations shape company strategy.
