You're the trusted guide who helps customers navigate the home loan journey, from first inquiry to keys in hand.This role is for high-energy individuals who love talking to people, solving problems on the spot, and creating memorable customer experiences. It's demanding, fast-paced, and intensely rewarding.What You'll Do- Be the First Point of Contact: Welcome customers at builder sites, understand their home buying needs, and introduce them to MoneyKarma's loan solutions.- Guide Through Consultative Selling: Don't just pitch—solve. Explain loan products clearly, answer questions, remove friction, and guide customers to the right decisions.- Drive Loan Conversions: Manage leads from inquiry to disbursal. Own your numbers and contribute to monthly targets.- Create "Wow" Experiences: Partner with banks and internal teams to compress turnaround times and deliver moments that customers remember.- Build Relationships On-Ground: Develop rapport with builder sales teams and site managers. Your relationships drive repeat referrals.- Be the Market Radar: Bring insights on customer preferences, competitor activity, and market trends back to the team. Your observations shape strategy.
