You understand that performance at scale has a cost—and you optimize for it.- Design Great Experiences: Make design choices that enhance user experience. Build reusable code optimized for speed and scalability.- Own Your Code Quality: You genuinely believe that testing your code is your responsibility. Write production-ready, secure-by-design code that your teammates can build on.- Work with Modern Data: Build and manage REST APIs for large-scale distributed systems. Work with multiple database technologies—NoSQL, RDBMS, Graph, and more.- Push the AI Frontier: Continuously experiment with AI tools to improve your workflow.
