Offer — within 48 hours of final roundWhat You'll Do• Build AI-first features with LLMs/ML and intelligent automation.• Own full-stack delivery from ideation to deployment.• Prototype rapidly with AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, custom agents).• Solve product problems, propose improvements, and drive technical decisions.• Build scalable infrastructure for 10M+ users (APIs, microservices, cloud, data pipelines).• Experiment and iterate; ship fast and learn faster.• Collaborate across product, design, data science, and business.Required• 4+ years engineering experience with shipped products.• Proficiency in Python/JS/TS/Go or similar.• Demonstrated experience building with AI/ML (LLMs, RAG, etc.).• Strong product instinct; fluency with AI-assisted dev tools.• Experience with cloud platforms, containers, CI/CD.• Comfort with ambiguity; full-stack capability or deep backend expertise.Preferred• Fintech/lending experience; hands-on with LLM APIs and agent frameworks.• OSS contributions or visible technical presence; data/analytics/ML ops exposure; startup experience.Compensation: Competitive base + performance bonuses + ESOPs.
