We don't just connect buyers with banks—we've built the infrastructure that's democratizing access to credit across the country.What You'll Do• Drive Builder Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with real estate developers; manage relationship lifecycle.• Establish On-Site Presence: Set up and manage MoneyKarma desks at builder sites.• Hit Revenue Targets: Own targets for loan disbursals through builder network.• Represent MoneyKarma: Be the face of MoneyKarma at sites, sales offices, and events.• Provide Market Intelligence: Share insights on competitive dynamics and customer needs.Required• 2-6 years in B2B sales/BD/partnerships• Proven track record selling to or working with builders/developers (non-negotiable)• Strong network in local real estate/developer community• Consistent history of meeting/exceeding targets• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Willingness to travel and be on the ground with partnersPreferred• Experience in fintech, home loans, or financial services• MBA or equivalent• Team management or mentoring experience• Understanding of the home loan process and banking relationshipsCompensation: Competitive base + performance-linked incentives + ESOPs for high performersPosted on 2 February 2026
