Backed by institutional investors and deep India market expertise, we offer real responsibility from day one.What You'll Do• Support Builder Acquisition: Research projects, understand customer base, assist outreach.• Manage On-Site Operations: Run MoneyKarma desks at builder sites and ensure smooth processing.• Build Relationships: Work with builder sales teams, site managers, and decision-makers.• Drive Loan Conversions: Work with customers from enquiry to disbursal; own targets.• Gather Market Intelligence: Share on-ground insights on builders, competitors, and customers.Required• 0-1 years experience; fresh graduate (BBA, B.Com, or any degree) from 2024 or 2025• Strong communication skills (English and local language)• Comfortable with field work; self-starter; interest in sales/BD/real estate• Willing to relocate or work in available operational citiesPreferred• College leadership experience; internships in sales/marketing/customer-facing roles; familiarity with local real estate marketCompensation: Competitive salary + performance-linked incentivesPosted on 6 February 2026
