This role is for experienced professionals who've proven they can sell, serve customers, and lead teams.What You'll Do• Lead On-Site Operations across multiple builder sites.• Drive Conversions & Revenue: Own monthly/quarterly targets.• Handle High-Value Customers with consultative selling.• Build & Coach Your Team: Recruit, train, mentor Home Loan Advisors.• Strengthen Builder Relationships and ensure referral flow.• Be the Ground-Level Strategist: Share market and competitive insights with leadership.Required• 2-5 years in sales, customer success, or relationship management with a proven target-hitting record• Customer-facing experience (banking, insurance, real estate, retail, hospitality)• Strong communication/interpersonal skills; comfort with field work• Leadership mindset (mentored juniors or led small teams)Preferred• Experience in home loans/mortgages/financial services; background in builder ecosystem; MBA/graduate degree from a reputed institutionCompensation: Competitive base + performance-linked incentives + growth bonusesPosted on 9 February 2026
