You're the trusted guide who helps customers navigate the home loan journey, from first inquiry to keys in hand. This role is for high-energy individuals who love talking to people, solving problems, and creating memorable customer experiences.What You'll Do• Be the First Point of Contact at builder sites; understand needs and introduce MoneyKarma solutions.• Guide Through Consultative Selling; explain products, answer questions, and remove friction.• Drive Loan Conversions from inquiry to disbursal; own targets.• Create "Wow" Experiences by partnering with banks and internal teams.• Build Relationships On-Ground with builder teams.• Be the Market Radar: Share insights on preferences, competition, and trends.Required• Fresh graduate (any degree) from batch of 2024 or 2025• High energy, target-driven, strong communication (English and local language)• Comfortable with field work; interest in sales/customer service/financial services• Willing to work at builder sites within your cityPreferred• Prior internship in sales, banking, or customer-facing roles; basic understanding of home loans; college leadership experienceCompensation: Competitive salary + monthly performance incentivesPosted on 13 February 2026
