We also want you to be a sponge, understanding the current market conditions affecting these executives and make the connection between those problems and our solution in a clear, concise, and error-free manner. Your attention to detail, empathy, and integrity will be an asset to success here.

Passion for entrepreneurship, business finance, venture, and early-stage tech Founders is essential. An ability to learn about the SaaS industry & startup fundraising is critical.

Reporting into our BDR Manager, you will work hand-in-hand with our Account Executives and your fellow BDRs every day.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct sales development outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn and other technology-enabled mediums to connect and schedule meetings for our Account Executive team.
  • Engage with tech CEOs to understand their capital strategy, their financial statements and fit with our products.
  • Make prompt prospecting multi-channel follow-ups and keep CRM record up-to-date of current status.
  • Assist in developing strategic prospecting campaigns to target new prospective customers.
  • Write compelling e-mail copy to incite prospects to respond in a timely manner.
  • Provide customer insights for areas for improvement in brand positioning.
  • Provide feedback and suggest improvements to Novel’s platform.
  • Strategize with colleagues to innovate and improve on the current sales process.
  • Effectively represent Novel’s brand in all your interactions.
