Pando is a first of its kind financial tool for those who dare to dream big. You can think of a pool as your personal board of advisors — your self-selected "PayPal Mafia" — where you all have a stake in each other's success. Members come together and commit a small portion of their income (above a pre-selected hurdle) to a shared pool. Contributions go into the pool and the funds then get divided up equally each year.
