Position Overview:

As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will work full-time onsite at our Greer, SC facility, supporting a team of recruiters and managing recruitment activities across our two locations in Greer, SC, and Burlingame, CA. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating interview schedules, assisting with onboarding, and enhancing the candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You will focus on delivering exceptional support to candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience from application through onboarding.

About the Role – You will:

  • Manage the scheduling process for onsite interview panels and hiring manager screens across both locations.
  • Ensure all interview logistics, including travel arrangements, are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist with hourly recruitment by coordinating interviews, tracking candidate progress, and facilitating communication between candidates and recruiters.
  • Support background check and drug testing processes by coordinating with vendors and ensuring timely completion.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks, including new hire drug testing, background checks and IT requests.
  • Support the ordering and setup of IT equipment and other necessary resources for new hires.
  • Contribute to recruiting and marketing tasks related to the early career internship program, including organizing recruitment events and creating marketing materials.
  • Track and support internship program applications and collaborate with the program team to enhance the intern experience.
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience by managing communication throughout the recruitment process, addressing candidate inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and professional process.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling purposes, offering timely updates, support, and a positive experience from application through onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interview schedules, and onboarding documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters, onboarding packets, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Run and update weekly recruiting related reports.

  • This position will be part of the Talent Acquisition function, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • You will collaborate with other HR team members located at our headquarters in Burlingame, CA and our facility in Greer, SC

Your Experience Includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across locations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet, UKG, or UltiPro is a plus.
