  • Content Creation & Enablement: Develop marketing collateral, case studies, presentations, and sales enablement tools that highlight the benefits of our partner solutions. Create compelling co-branded content for digital channels, webinars, and events.

  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns with partners that drive lead generation, customer engagement, and partner satisfaction. This includes managing email marketing, social media, digital ads, and event coordination.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Resolve’s partners to foster collaboration, trust, and long-term success. Serve as the main point of contact for marketing efforts and provide regular performance reporting to partners.

  • Measurement & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partner marketing initiatives. Use data to refine and optimize strategies to ensure that partnership goals are achieved and exceeded.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Partnerships, Product, Sales, Customer Success) to align partner marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Ensure that partner marketing efforts are integrated with broader marketing campaigns.

  • Strategic Advisor: Serve as a thought partner to the VP of BizOps, providing high-level strategic counsel on key decisions and priorities. Translate vision into actionable strategies and initiatives across the company.

  • Project Management: Lead and oversee special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives align with Resolve's growth goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, consulting, finance or a related role within a B2B environment, ideally in fintech or SaaS.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners.

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and the role of partnerships in driving business growth.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

  • Analytical mindset with a passion for using data to optimize campaigns and improve performance.

  • Experience working with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms (Hubspot, SFDC, Clay, etc.)
