We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Cycle Recruiter for Non-Tech Roles to join our team in identifying and hiring exceptional remote Business Associates. In this role, you will be critical in building a high-performing team of remote professionals to support our clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the qualifications necessary for successful Business Associates roles.
Utilize various recruitment channels to source, identify, and attract potential remote Business Associates candidates.
Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews.
Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and suitability for remote business assistant roles.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
Partner with the CEO and Team Leads to understand their staffing needs.
Develop job descriptions and requirements tailored to specific Business Associates positions.
Provide a positive and informative candidate experience, including clear communication throughout recruitment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system.
1-2 years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on administrative, operations, business, or generalist positions
English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
Excellent interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit
You work on complex hiring tracks with a clear focus on quality and systems, not volume or client management.
You collaborate closely with Team Leads and the CEO, and your input shapes hiring decisions.
You hire for impact-driven, US-based startups and see how people perform after they join.
You’re part of a small, collaborative team that values clarity, ownership, and continuous improvement.
