Arch Systems
Arch Systems is seeking an Automation Engineer, based in the APAC region. The Automation Engineer is a hands-on technical individual contributor embedded within the Platform team, with a primary mission of reducing operational overhead across the organization through automation.
This role is automation-first, not infrastructure-ownership-first. While strong DevOps and infrastructure experience is welcome and useful, success in this role is measured by the reduction of manual work, operational friction, and recurring support effort across teams.
A core responsibility of the role is leveraging AI-assisted tooling to accelerate triage, automation, and remediation—while ensuring all outputs are validated, hardened, and safe for production use.
The Automation Engineer is expected to have sufficient operational depth to independently triage common incidents, participate in on-call rotations, and contribute to CI/CD and platform workflows.
