FreeWill has set compensation and a non-negotiation policy for fairness reasons (we don't think that an individual's pay should be determined by how comfortable they are negotiating).
As a result, we like to be transparent and up front about the compensation.
FreeWill is an award-winning, social-good startup that has partnered with 2,400+ nonprofits who support our mission while generating $13B in gift commitments for nonprofits since we were founded in 2017. We’ve been featured in the New York Times, Forbes, Oprah’s magazine, and our co-CEOs have even been named to Town & Country’s “Top 50 Philanthropists” list.
All of this is because we’ve figured out how to make some powerful (but complicated!) ways to donate much easier and more accessible. Our products make things easier for the donors who want to change the world and for nonprofits doing heroic work around the planet.
In the last 8 years, we’ve grown from 5 people to 200+ (all smart, tenacious, and kind), and continue to grow. We’d love to have you be a part of this adventure. We were named a "Most Loved Workplace" by both Newsweek and Best Practice Institute and in 2025, we were named as one of Forbes' Best Startup Employers and the 2025 Most Loved Workplaces® for Diversity; you can also check us out on Glassdoor!

FreeWill is looking for an Enablement Manager who’s excited to shape how our Sales and Partner Success teams learn, grow, and win together. You’ll build the programs that help SDRs, AEs, Account Managers, Strategists, and Content teammates ramp quickly, deepen their skills, and hit ambitious goals in a mission-driven, fast-growing environment
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales & Enablement, you’ll own the strategy and execution of role-based onboarding and ongoing development across our revenue organization. You’ll combine program design, instructional design, and facilitation to create learning experiences that are engaging, data-driven, and tied directly to revenue and retention outcomes
If you love building things from the ground up, enjoy collaborating across teams, and get energy from seeing others succeed because of programs you’ve created, this role will give you a big platform and a clear line of sight to impact
Design and own FreeWill’s enablement strategy for Sales and Partner Success, with clear goals around ramp time, revenue (ARR, GDR/NDR, upsell), and team productivity
Build and continuously improve role-based onboarding programs for SDRs, AEs, AMs, Strategists, and Content teammates, including curricula, assessments, and success metrics
Create and deliver ongoing training programs focused on product knowledge, sales skills, customer engagement, and internal strategies that help our teams have smarter, more impactful conversations
Facilitate live virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and coaching that are interactive, practical, and grounded in real deals and partner scenarios
Apply modern instructional design and adult learning best practices to develop blended learning experiences (self-paced, live, coaching, practice) that actually stick
Build and maintain a centralized, easy-to-use knowledge hub for playbooks, product resources, and best practices so teams can quickly find what they need
Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Partner Success, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and HR to align training with product releases, GTM motions, and hiring plans
Use data to understand what’s working and what’s not—tracking metrics like time to first deal, quota attainment, win rate, and content usage—and use those insights to make programs better over time
Identify skill and knowledge gaps through performance data and feedback from the field, then design targeted programs and coaching to address them
Leverage AI and enablement tools to scale content creation, personalize learning paths, and improve how we deliver and track training
2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue/Customer Success Enablement, L&D, or a closely related role in a B2B (ideally SaaS) environment
A track record of building and running onboarding and ongoing training programs that clearly improved performance and productivity
Strong instructional design skills, including curriculum development, assessments, and experience with adult learning and blended learning approaches
Confident facilitation and presentation skills—you’re comfortable leading training for small groups and larger audiences, both live and remotely
A data-driven approach to enablement, with experience using performance metrics and learner data to refine programs and tell a clear impact story.
Comfort working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and projects in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with a modern sales and enablement stack (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, sequencing tools, LMS, content management tools), and an interest in experimenting with AI to do your best work
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through, with a collaborative, low-ego approach to partnering with teams you support
Experience working with nonprofit or mission-driven customers, or in nonprofit tech
Experience supporting both Sales and Customer/Partner Success functions
Experience mentoring or guiding junior enablement or training team members
Exposure to e-learning authoring tools or basic video creation for learning content
In addition to the immense personal and professional satisfaction you’ll gain from helping to raise $1T for high impact nonprofits in a kind and joyful work environment, full time employees at FreeWill are eligible for the following benefits:

We are excited to engage with candidates who can demonstrate their experience and skills through their own words and work, not through AI-generated content. We want to understand your genuine interest in the company and your unique perspectives, not simply AI-driven responses. We ask that you refrain from use of AI-generated content during the hiring process which includes phone screens, video interviews, tech screens, or other assessment stages except as otherwise indicated to you by the Recruiter.
For example: Using ChatGPT to generate scripted answers to application questions or during phone screens and video interviews is strongly discouraged and will result in not moving forward in the hiring process. However, the use of an AI design tool to enhance the design of a presentation deck is permitted.
The Recruiter will be able to provide additional guidance during the hiring process if needed. If hired at FreeWill, we do encourage the use of AI in your role to build upon or enhance your skill set.
FreeWill is an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity. We are committed to finding talent that is not determined on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
We are a remote-first company with employees in the US, Brazil, Canada, and Pakistan! In the US, we are able to hire in 47 states and D.C. Unfortunately, we are unable to hire in Colorado, Alabama, or Louisiana at this time. We also can’t sponsor working visas, so all applicants will need to have work authorization in the US.
Don’t check off every box in the requirements listed above? Please apply anyway! Studies have shown that marginalized communities - such as women, LGBTQ+ and people of color - are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. FreeWill is dedicated to building an inclusive, diverse, equitable, and accessible workplace that fosters a sense of belonging – so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to still consider submitting an application. You may be just the right candidate for this role or another one of our openings!
Compensation Range: $95K - $105K
