Leadsales is the first CRM for WhatsApp in Mexico. Our platform allows businesses to manage and assign leads from a single WhatsApp line to multiple agents, customize multiple sales funnels, and schedule messages. We also provide sales team monitoring to increase your conversion rate.

Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HubSpot specialist to manage and optimize our CRM. This role is crucial to ensuring that our demand attribution, sales, onboarding, and customer success processes with prospects and clients are executed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in configuring and enhancing the CRM, generating reports, and optimizing processes

Responsibilities:

CRM Automations:

  • Design and implement automated workflows to simplify and streamline processes.
  • Ensure that automations integrate smoothly with other systems and tools used by the company.
  • Monitor and adjust automations to ensure their continued effectiveness and efficiency.

CRM Maintenance:

  • Perform regular system maintenance to ensure its proper functioning.
  • Manage CRM integrations with other tools and platforms.
  • Provide support and training to CRM users to maximize its usage and effectiveness.

Process Maintenance in the CRM:

  • Manage and maintain all sales, onboarding, and customer success processes in HubSpot.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality within the CRM.
  • Update and adjust processes according to business needs and best practices.

Report Generation:

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide clear and actionable insights.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and areas of concern.
  • Regularly present reports to management and other relevant teams.

Process Improvement Initiatives:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve CRM processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Implement new features and tools that enhance CRM performance.

Performance Measurement:

  • Monitor performance, develop ideas, make recommendations, and implement optimizations in MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, content, channels, and campaigns, and continuously iterate.

Infrastructure:

  • Be responsible for the ownership, maintenance, and enhancement of our marketing technology stack. Work with Commercial Operations to manage the health of our database and lead management process.

Data Management:

  • Work closely with Marketing Ops to ensure that data syncs seamlessly in HubSpot and demand generation tools for accurate and up-to-date attribution, lead management, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in CRM management, preferably with HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in report generation and data analysis.
  • Experience in creating and improving sales, onboarding, and customer success processes.
  • Advanced skills in workflow automation within a CRM.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education and Experience:

  • 4 years of demonstrable experience with HubSpot.
  • Intermediate web development experience.
  • Experience with low-code tools like WordPress, Zapier, and Calendly.
  • Data visualization tools experience.
  • Experience with API integration.
  • Mandatory HubSpot certifications in Sales Hub.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role managing CRM.
  • Conversational English.
