This is a career-defining role for an ambitious, strategic individual seeking significant executive-level exposure and the chance to drive measurable impact in women's health. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will function as the CEO's right hand, with visibility into all aspects of company operations, strategic decision-making, investor relations, and board meetings.
This role is ideally suited to a candidate with top-tier consulting, early-stage investing, and/or highly relevant startup experience who is looking to translate their strategic toolkit into tangible business results, or for future entrepreneurs seeking firsthand experience in scaling a venture-backed healthcare company.
This is designed as a 2-year strategic leadership development role with clear progression opportunities. Successful candidates will be positioned to grow into senior leadership roles or ownership of new business verticals as Seven Starling scales. You'll gain invaluable experience working directly with our executive team, investors, and board members.
Drive strategic decision-making: Serve as the CEO's strategic thought partner, helping to identify growth opportunities, refine business strategy, and translate vision into actionable plans.
Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives: Take ownership of our most critical business challenges that span multiple departments - from initial analysis through strategic framework development and implementation.
Incubate new opportunities: Identify and validate new business opportunities, develop pilot programs, and lead early implementation before transitioning to dedicated teams.
Lead high impact data analysis: Develop sophisticated financial models, operational analyses, and business cases that inform critical decisions and drive business growth.
Drive strategic planning: Work directly with the CEO and the company's Leadership Team to support the company's strategic planning process including development of our operating plans, quarterly performance reviews, and budgeting.
Support investor relations: Prepare strong materials for investor meetings, analyze metrics for board updates, and support the CEO in managing stakeholder communications and fundraising efforts
